CiPASSO is a dream born in the heart of Rome in 2018, the result of sacrifice, passion, and the courage of its founders, Aurica Danalachi and Oleg Grossu.
Aurica, born into a poor family and armed with an academic diploma, never gave up in the face of difficulties and failures. Oleg, who started as a bar assistant, became a manager of important establishments in the center of Rome, climbing the ranks of the restaurant industry with a unique and revolutionary vision.

Together, they turned their vision into reality, creating CiPASSO, a restaurant that, in just three months, reached the top spot on TripAdvisor among over 10,000 restaurants in Rome.

The story of CiPASSO is captivating, a powerful reminder that with passion and resilience, even the greatest challenges can be overcome, leading to extraordinary success.

At the helm of this adventure are two inspiring figures: Loris Duranti, our director with a background as a chef and manager in renowned restaurants, and Chef Adriano de Angelis, a master of flavors at the Italian Chef Academy. Together, they share a vision: to transform every encounter into a moment of pure magic, where respect, smiles, and professionalism make us truly unique.
